Chairman Jon Cleereman Called the meeting to order on Oct 13 th , 2025 @ 6:09 pm.
Jon asked the minutes to be read from September meeting. Minutes were approved by Jon and seconded by Daniel.
Dock at VanZile has been removed. It does need repair to a crack in it. Jon said he is getting LMS to fix it.
Plow truck driver is still needed. Jon asked Chris if he thought Gary Austinson would be interested in the job. Chris didn’t think so. Randy Werth is still interested in the job but Jon said he would have to attend a meeting before he would give the job to him. Jon said he would contact Randy.
Veteran’s Memorial board needs additions and changes made to it. Lisa York provided the board with a corrected proof for the names. Jon said he would email it to Brian Model to have the board updated.
Jon contacted the carpenter regarding the handicap ramp needed for the pavilion and a bridge for the bar. The exit door which was an issue will not be anymore according to Jon and the fire chief. The roll up doors and sill plate will be addressed when the carpenter comes.
The Halloween fundraiser has been postponed.
Mail correspondence was from Forest County Zoning. Issue is aluminum cans are being taken from the dump instead of going into the recycling for deposit. Notify all dump attendants.
